My first musical influence and my cultural hero as a young man was the late, great John Denver. Since his passing in 1997, I began studying the many different fine instruments he used throughout his storied career. The John Denver Guitar Research Site is the result of decades of work.

JDGRS.COM is meant both as an homage to John Denver’s legacy and an invaluable archival resource for his countless fans and legions of acoustic guitar aficionados around the world.
